We stayed on our way to and from the USTRC team roping finals held in Oklahoma City in Oct. 2008, wonderful facility and very easy to find and access from Freeway, and we hope to use you on our way home this year from OK City, in Oct. 2009!
Amy Jo, goes out of her way to have things ready for the horses, and it shows in how she cares for the needs of the animals she hosts.

Thank you for a great place to take a break from our long journey (OR to TN)! The overnight space you provided for our horses was safe and comfortable; that's a great feat for our very big, energetic warmbloods :-)
Plus, my daughters and I loved the KOA across the street. We will recommend your barn to all our traveling friends!

Excellent overnight horse boarding location near Grand Island, Nebraska, just one minute south of I-80. Huge paddocks for the horses with ultra-safe flexible rail fencing and automatic waterers. Easy access for large vehicles. No hook-ups for trailers, but a KOA is just 200 yards away. Great hosts. Within 15 minute drive of lots of restaurants in Grand Island. Highly recommended and affordable.

This place sure sets the standard! Our horses were very comfortable in a large paddock with run-in and automatic waterer. And Amy Jo couldn't be nicer or more helpful. We stayed there one night on our way to WY, and made a point of stopping there on our way back. We "dry camped" in our trailer at no cost, and were close to our horses. What a great experience, great place. Also, very easy access from I-80. My husband and I both highly recommend Windchaser Acres!

A great place to stop and put up our horses for the night while we camped right down the road at the KOA. Wonderful facilities and great people! We felt comfortable our horses were in good hands. We will be sure to stop again when passing through. Thanks for everything!

My wife and I were relocating from California to Missouri. This was our first time hauling horses long distance. We were not sure on how long it would take to get from SLC UT to NE. It took a little longer than we expected. We called Amy-jo letting her know that we would be a little late which was fine with her, she just wanted us to get there safe. She met us at the driveway helped us unload and get the horses in a beautiful pen. Her facilities are absolutely wonderful, they have done a very good job getting ready for your horses. Pens have shelter automatic watering and very nice fence. This is definitely the place to stop if your on I-80 it is only 1/2 mile off exit 318 with a KOA across the street, or primitive camping on the property. Amy-jo made us feel like we were part of the family & when your on the road for days it's nice to have that feeling of comfort and not to have to worry about your animals. GREAT JOB ON DOING A GREAT JOB.

Amy Jo was right there when we pulled in from driving. She was very helpful, welcoming us and our young horse. We were relocating from Colorado to Pa. and didn't know what to expect as we are first time horse owners. We were truly amazed at the huge pastures, shelters with automatic water and cleanliness for the horses. Also we camped at the KOA and could actually see our horse from the campsite.
Very please and would definitely stop if we ever head that way again with horses.

We were so excited to have the opportunity to come out to NE to see your facility. What a beautiful place! Because you have such a love for the horses and a love for what you do, one feels confident in the safety of your facility and the care that the horses receive there. I come from horse country myself and will recomend your place to those that are traveling out your way.

The care that was given to my horses was absolutely wonderful. Amy Jo spent time brushing them, putting them out to pasture to play and keeping them well fed and watered. The facility is new and well kept. Amy Jo went overboard to make the unexpected, last minute stay at her facility a lifelong great memory. If you want to know more about my stay there send me an e-mail ride7@juno.com so that I can elaborate more.
Happy traveler in the midst of a blizzard!

Thanks for making the trip back from Wyoming with Romeo and the new mare a breeze. I was so gratefull to have found you and your facility. I never even gave them a second thought after we unloaded. Your pens and shelters are exceptional. We will definately be getting some of the fencing that you use. I am sure we will see you again on our next trip to Wyoming and Montana and we will recommend your horse motel to our friends. Thanks again,

Thanks so much for being there for us on the rainy night in April. I called from Iowa to find out availability for my friends horses that were traveling through. You answered and were very friendly and invited us right in, even though it was 10:00 pm. Hope things go good for you all!

My horse has been out here since the fall of 2006. When I first brought Gypsy out none of the buildings or fences were up. Now in the spring of 2007 you have 4 brand new sheds up, all the fencing and arena fencing up. You have done so much in such a short time and made a beautiful horse boarding facility. Thanks so much,
